Brilliant young organist Bob Ralston has been featured on the Lawrence Welk television show for over three years. The orchestra known as the Living Strings is a particular favorite among those who like their music romantic, melodic, or just plain pretty. Arranger-conductor Johnny Doubles is also admired for his skills among music lovers who enjoy the re-creation of a melody in all its inherent beauty. His pen here transforms each tune into a sparkling and complementary vehicle for the Living Strings and Bob Ralston without losing sight of the composer's original intention for melody, harmony, rhythm.
