It was my pleasure to be with the Lawrence Welk Show for over thirty years. During that time I sang all types of songs, from Broadway show music to country. On this album Buddy Merrill and I chose some country and folk songs that we hope you will enjoy.

As you know Buddy was a great guitarist on the Lawrence Welk Show for many years. You will find as you listen to the album that he is also a fine arranger. Thanks, Buddy, for all the help.
